Job Description

Role Overview: Our client in Dubai urgently requires a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their organization. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in a similar role within the UAE, with the ability to join immediately.

Professional Reception Duties: You will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a welcoming and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.

Efficient Communication Management: You will handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently, screening calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Maintaining Reception Area and Basic Administration: You will maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area. Additionally, you may be required to handle basic administrative tasks such as managing mail and courier services.

Providing Information and Assistance: You will provide accurate information to visitors and callers and offer general administrative assistance as needed.

Immediate Joiner Preference: Due to the urgent nature of this hiring, preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available to join.
