Role Overview: TechNest FZ in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.
Front Desk Management: You will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors with a positive and professional demeanor, and directing them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
Communication Handling: You will handle incoming phone calls, take messages accurately, and route calls to the appropriate individuals or departments in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Administrative Support: You will provide general administrative and clerical support, which may include managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining visitor logs, and assisting with basic office tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the reception area.
Multitasking and Efficiency: The role requires the ability to multitask effectively, handle front desk operations efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Professionalism and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and representing the company well.
