Job Description
Role Overview:As a Reception Supervisor, you will oversee front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process while delivering exceptional guest service. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and multitasking skills.
Team Leadership:You will supervise and train receptionists, monitor performance, and create schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times. Your leadership will ensure a professional and courteous environment.
Guest Relations:You will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, resolving complaints, and answering queries promptly. Creating a welcoming atmosphere is essential to enhance the overall guest experience.
Coordination & Communication:Collaborating with other departments like housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth service flow is key. You will also manage communication tools and software for bookings and guest records.
System Management:Proficiency in PMS systems and office software is important. You'll manage room inventory, update guest information, and generate reports to support management decisions.
Administrative Support:Handle correspondence, manage office supplies, and oversee daily cash and billing reports. Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping is part of your responsibility.
