Role Overview: The Receivables Accountant will manage the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and effective monitoring of customer accounts to maintain healthy cash flow for Al Ghandi Electrical & Automation LLC in the UAE.

Invoice Management: The accountant will prepare, issue, and reconcile invoices for clients, ensuring all billing aligns with company policies and contract terms, while addressing discrepancies promptly to avoid delays in collections.

Collections & Follow-Up: Responsibilities include actively following up on outstanding balances, coordinating with clients for payments, resolving disputes, and ensuring adherence to payment schedules, contributing to improved financial performance.

Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: The candidate will prepare accounts receivable reports, analyze aging schedules, and reconcile accounts with the general ledger to support management in financial decision-making.

Compliance & Internal Controls: The role involves enforcing internal accounting controls, ensuring adherence to UAE financial regulations, corporate policies, and supporting audit processes when required.

Team Collaboration: The Receivables Accountant will work closely with the finance, sales, and operations teams to streamline billing processes, improve collection efficiency, and address client account issues collaboratively.
