Role Overview: DMAX Real Estate in Dubai is seeking ambitious and driven Real Estate Agents to specialize in the secondary market. This is a commission-based role offering unlimited earning potential for individuals with a passion for real estate and a desire to succeed. While the company will provide a visa after the closure of the first deal, candidates with existing UAE residency may be preferred for quicker onboarding.

Sales and Client Acquisition: You will be responsible for actively sourcing and acquiring new clients interested in buying or selling properties in the secondary market in Dubai.

Property Matching and Viewings: You will understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties in the secondary market, arranging and conducting property viewings.

Negotiation and Deal Closure: You will guide clients through the buying and selling process, effectively negotiate deals, and ensure successful transaction closures.

Building Client Relationships: You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly the secondary property sector, is a significant advantage.

Independent Work Ethic: You should be self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.

Driving License: A valid Dubai Driving License is required for this role to facilitate property viewings and client meetings.

Visa Sponsorship: The company will provide a visa after the successful closure of your first real estate deal.

Compensation: This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential directly tied to your sales performance.

Working Days: The working schedule is 5.5 days a week.
