You will analyze claim trends, identify gaps, and implement improvements that enhance revenue generation and reduce delays in the payment cycle.

insurance coordination and compliance handling You will liaise with insurance partners, ensure that all claims meet UAE healthcare regulations, and maintain compliance with MOH/DHA standards. Your expertise will support accurate documentation, coding practices, and regulatory alignment for all financial transactions.

team supervision and operational excellence This role involves mentoring and guiding the RCM team, monitoring performance, assigning tasks, and ensuring all operational processes meet the hospital’s financial goals.
