Cost Estimation and Project Analysis – The Quantity Surveyor will prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, monitor budgets, and analyze project financials to ensure cost efficiency and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.

Measurement and Quantity Calculation – Responsibilities include measuring quantities, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), and maintaining precise records of materials, labor, and equipment used on site to ensure accurate reporting.

Project Planning and Coordination – The Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to align costs with project schedules and optimize resource allocation.

Advanced Estimation and Reporting – The Senior Estimator will independently prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documents, and pricing strategies for construction projects, ensuring proposals meet client expectations and company standards.

Analytical and Financial Review – Both roles require strong analytical skills to evaluate project costs, identify risks, and implement effective cost control measures. Regular reporting to senior management is essential for strategic decision-making.

Tools, Technology, and Compliance – Proficiency in Total Station, estimation software, and construction-related tools is essential. Both roles must ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, standards, and company policies.
