Job Description

Position Overview: Adonis is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Project Coordinator to manage project budgets, cost estimations, and procurement processes. This role focuses on financial and administrative coordination to ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, track project budgets, handle procurement and material management, support planning and scheduling, and maintain communication with contractors, clients, and project teams. Provide detailed reports and documentation for management review.

Expertise and Skills: Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, budgeting, procurement processes, and project management. Ability to analyze project costs, anticipate financial risks, and propose solutions. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and project management tools is preferred.

Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to coordinate project activities. Provide clear updates and maintain efficient communication among all stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate cost reports, procurement records, and project schedules. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and project specifications. Attention to detail is critical for successful execution.
