Quality Assurance Leadership – The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all printing materials meet the company’s stringent quality standards. This position involves inspecting materials, monitoring printing processes, and maintaining consistency across all production batches.

Process Inspection and Monitoring – The candidate will oversee daily quality checks, ensuring all pre-press, press, and post-press operations are error-free. Regular audits and documentation of quality performance will be key responsibilities to maintain excellence.

Team Collaboration and Training – The supervisor will work closely with the production and design teams, offering training and guidance to maintain quality discipline across departments.

Equipment Calibration and Maintenance – Ensuring printing machines are properly calibrated and maintained for accurate output will be a major focus. The supervisor will coordinate with technicians for timely preventive maintenance.

Reporting and Documentation – The role requires maintaining detailed quality reports, defect logs, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with company standards.

Problem Solving and Improvement – The supervisor will analyze recurring quality issues and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance print accuracy and reduce waste.
