Role Overview: The QC Engineer position is designed for highly qualified professionals with a strong background in Telecom, E&I, or MEP quality control, specifically within ADNOC-approved projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding strict quality standards, ensuring that all project activities meet client expectations, and implementing corrective measures whenever required. This role demands a candidate who understands complex building project environments and works confidently under ADNOC guidelines.

Technical Excellence: The QC Engineer plays a crucial role in reviewing technical documents, project specifications, inspection plans, and method statements. The candidate must possess deep knowledge of installation standards, inspection techniques, and engineering drawings related to their discipline. They will ensure that all materials, equipment, and construction activities comply with approved procedures and industry norms.

Field Inspections: The role requires daily site inspections for Telecom, Electrical & Instrumentation, or MEP systems within ADNOC project locations, particularly in Habshan. The QC Engineer must identify issues early, raise NCRs when required, and verify corrective actions. They will ensure all completed works meet project codes, safety requirements, and ADNOC quality benchmarks.

Coordination Responsibilities: This position includes frequent coordination with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and ADNOC inspectors. The QC Engineer will communicate quality requirements, monitor site progress, and ensure inspections are scheduled and completed on time. Strong coordination skills are essential to keep project activities aligned with the approved inspection and test plans.

Documentation & Reporting: The candidate will maintain complete documentation for inspections, test records, calibration certificates, and material approvals. Preparing quality reports, monitoring logs, and maintaining accurate quality dossiers are critical tasks. The QC Engineer must ensure all documentation is updated in line with project handover requirements and ADNOC quality procedures.

Compliance Assurance: The QC Engineer ensures all works strictly follow project specifications, QA/QC procedures, IFC drawings, and international standards. The role requires enforcing quality discipline across the project site, raising observations where improvement is needed, and ensuring correct implementation of ADNOC-approved construction methodologies.

Problem-Solving & Improvement: The QC Engineer will identify potential quality risks, provide solutions to prevent rework, and support continuous improvement across project phases. Candidates must be analytical, proactive, and capable of guiding teams to achieve error-free execution. This role is essential for safeguarding technical integrity, reducing quality issues, and maintaining high project performance.
