Drafting and Design Responsibilities : You will prepare and update architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings using CAD software, translating engineering plans into precise layouts for contractors, site teams, and project stakeholders.

Collaboration and Coordination : The Draftsman will work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to incorporate design changes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that drawings reflect current project requirements.

Quality and Accuracy : Attention to detail is essential to ensure all drawings meet project specifications, local building codes, and safety standards. You will review and verify designs before submission to management or authorities.

QAQC Engineer Role Overview : The QAQC Engineer will oversee quality assurance and quality control processes on construction sites. Candidates must have 10+ years of UAE experience in QA/QC for civil, structural, or MEP works within the construction/contracting industry.

Inspection and Compliance : Responsibilities include performing inspections, monitoring contractor compliance, reviewing materials, and ensuring that all construction activities adhere to project specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Reporting and Documentation : Both Draftsman and QAQC Engineer roles require meticulous documentation, preparing reports, maintaining records, and submitting updates to project management teams to support operational transparency and audit readiness.
