Revolution Global Media LLC-FZ, a leading media company specializing in digital media, broadcasting, and content creation, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced media environment. The PRO will be responsible for managing government relations, handling legal documentation, and overseeing corporate communications, ensuring smooth and compliant operations within the UAE.

The PRO's key responsibilities encompass a wide range of crucial tasks. This includes processing and managing all visa applications (new, renewal, and cancellations) for employees, as well as handling company licensing, renewals, and compliance with UAE government regulations. The role requires liaising with various government entities, such as MOHRE, DED, DDA, Dubai Municipality, and Immigration, building and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts. Preparing and submitting legal and official documents for company operations is also a core function, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.

Furthermore, the PRO will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of labor contracts, permits, and employee records, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to all legal requirements. Staying updated on UAE labor laws and government procedures is essential to ensure compliance and best practices. Managing relationships with key government offices and regulatory authorities is a vital aspect of this role, requiring strong networking and communication skills. Assisting with corporate PRO services, including trade license modifications and approvals, will also be part of the responsibilities. Finally, the PRO will handle document translation, attestation, and notarization as required, ensuring all documents are legally sound and properly processed.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably within the media industry. A strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government processes is essential, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently is crucial in this fast-paced environment. A valid UAE driving license is also required.
