Role Overview – FIVE Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Public Relations (PR) Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced communications professionals with strong PR expertise, hospitality and luxury brand knowledge, and the ability to manage media relations effectively, develop PR strategies, build brand reputation, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic luxury hospitality organization.

PR Strategy Development and Implementation – You will develop comprehensive PR strategies by analyzing market opportunities, setting PR objectives, creating action plans, and driving implementation. You will align PR with brand strategy, establish PR direction supporting brand positioning, and support business objectives. You will contribute strategic thinking to brand management and reputation building.

Media Relations Management – You will manage relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers by establishing contacts, providing story opportunities, and securing media coverage. You will develop media lists, pitch stories effectively, and maintain positive media relationships. You should build strong media networks.

Press Release Development and Distribution – You will develop and distribute press releases by creating compelling announcements, coordinating distribution, and tracking coverage. You will announce news supporting brand visibility. You should write professional press releases.

Crisis Communication Management – You will manage crisis communication by developing response protocols, managing messaging, and protecting reputation during challenges. You will respond rapidly to issues and coordinate messaging. You should handle sensitive communications professionally.

Brand Reputation Management – You will manage brand reputation by monitoring mentions, addressing concerns, and strengthening brand perception. You will support positive brand image and address reputation issues. You should protect and enhance brand reputation.

Event PR and Coverage – You will manage PR for hotel events by coordinating media attendance, generating coverage, and supporting event promotion. You will leverage events for media visibility. You should manage event-related PR effectively.

Social Media Communication Management – You will manage social media communications by developing content strategy, creating engaging posts, and managing community interactions. You will build engaged social audiences. You should leverage social media for PR.

Influencer Relations and Partnerships – You will develop influencer relations by identifying appropriate influencers, creating partnerships, and coordinating collaborations. You will leverage influencer audiences for brand visibility. You should build influencer networks.

Media Pitch Development – You will develop media pitches by creating compelling angles, targeting appropriate journalists, and securing coverage. You will generate media interest and coverage. You should pitch stories effectively.
