IntelliVie AI is hiring for a Prompt Engineer specialising in Support, Workflows, and Analytics to join their team in a hybrid working arrangement. In this role, you will design AI prompts and workflows for ticket triage, suggested replies, knowledge base generation, and SLA based prioritisation, defining the logic and structure that powers IntelliVie AI's support intelligence layer. You will define operational data models for tickets, messages, knowledge bases, custom fields, and support analytics, and create AI powered dashboards and reports using natural language interfaces. Building workflow automation specifications covering triggers, CRUD operations, notifications, and escalation paths will be central to your work, alongside developing NL2SQL examples, domain glossaries, and evaluation datasets. You will validate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, security, and tenant isolation, and work closely with support, customer success, product, and engineering teams to ensure the AI layer remains reliable, trustworthy, and aligned with real operational needs.

The ideal candidate brings a background in prompt engineering or AI operations, with practical experience in customer support systems, business analytics and reporting, SQL and data modelling, and workflow automation. Technical programme management experience is a strong advantage, as is familiarity with platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Salesforce Service Cloud. Experience with BI tools including Tableau, Metabase, or Looker, automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n, and multi-tenant SaaS and RBAC systems will set strong candidates apart. Success in this role means delivering trustworthy AI generated dashboards and reports, faster support operations through AI assistance, and well designed workflows and internal data models that teams can rely on.
