Project Execution and Site Management – The Project/Site Engineer will oversee fit-out projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery according to client specifications and design drawings.

Operations Coordination – The Operations Coordinator with an engineering background will support project teams by managing schedules, coordinating resources, tracking project milestones, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple projects.

HR & Operations Support – The HR/Operations Coordinator will assist with HR-related tasks for project teams, including onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and coordination between project staff and management.

Documentation and Reporting – All roles require maintaining accurate project records, preparing reports, and updating management on progress, risks, and resource utilization to ensure informed decision-making.

Stakeholder Management – Candidates will liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout project lifecycles.

Quality, Safety, and Compliance – Ensuring projects comply with safety standards, company policies, and UAE regulations is critical. Regular site inspections and audits will be conducted to maintain high-quality standards.
