Key Responsibilities: Supervise project implementation, monitor progress, ensure adherence to designs and specifications, perform quality control, and coordinate with various teams to maintain project timelines. Provide technical guidance and support to construction staff.

Expertise and Skills: Strong knowledge of civil, structural, or mechanical engineering principles, construction processes, and project management. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, ensure quality compliance, and maintain safety standards. Proficiency in project management software is a plus.

Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with architects, operations teams, and contractors to coordinate project tasks. Provide clear updates, technical reports, and suggestions to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication among all stakeholders.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain technical documentation, daily logs, progress reports, and ensure projects comply with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
