Job Summary: We are hiring a seasoned Piping Superintendent for a long-term construction project based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This position is ideal for experienced professionals who have a strong background in managing piping activities within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will oversee on-site execution, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: As a Piping Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all piping-related activities on the construction site. This includes the installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems. You will also manage the workforce, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and maintain alignment with the overall project schedule.

Site Management: Your role will involve daily coordination with subcontractors and construction crews to guarantee timely completion of assigned tasks. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that materials, tools, and manpower are available and utilized efficiently. Monitoring site progress and reporting any delays or technical issues to project leadership will be part of your routine duties.

Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations is crucial. You will be expected to conduct routine inspections, issue non-compliance reports if required, and ensure corrective measures are implemented promptly. Proactive leadership in maintaining a safe work environment is mandatory.

Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of piping systems, construction drawings, isometric and P&ID diagrams, welding techniques, and relevant codes (ASME, API, etc.) is required. You must be capable of resolving technical conflicts on-site and providing guidance to teams to maintain construction integrity and precision.

Project Coordination: You will collaborate closely with project engineers, planners, and quality inspectors to ensure all milestones are met. The role demands regular progress updates, manpower forecasting, and maintaining clear documentation for inspections and approvals.
