Role Overview – Maplorix is urgently seeking experienced Pediatric Physiotherapists with minimum 2 years of experience and mandatory DHA License to join our clinics in Sharjah . This position requires pediatric specialization, with own visa preferred, offering  position in Sharjah.

Pediatric Physiotherapy Services – You will provide specialized pediatric physiotherapy services to children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal issues, congenital disorders, or injuries. Your treatment supports children's physical development, functional abilities, motor skills, and overall quality of life.

Assessment and Evaluation – You will conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients including evaluating developmental milestones, motor function, muscle strength, range of motion, posture, gait, and functional abilities. Thorough assessment informs individualized treatment planning.

Treatment Planning and Implementation – You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs, goals, and abilities. Your treatment may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neurodevelopmental techniques, functional training, and family education.

Therapeutic Interventions – You will provide therapeutic interventions appropriate for pediatric patients including play-based therapy, developmental activities, strengthening exercises, stretching, balance training, coordination exercises, and other techniques that engage children while addressing therapeutic goals.

Family Education and Support – You will educate and support families by explaining conditions, demonstrating home exercises, providing guidance on developmental activities, addressing concerns, and empowering parents to support their child's progress outside therapy sessions.

Progress Monitoring – You will monitor patient progress by conducting regular re-assessments, documenting improvements, adjusting treatment plans based on response, tracking developmental gains, and ensuring therapy remains effective and goal-directed.

Collaboration with Healthcare Team – You will collaborate with pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, special educators, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of the child's development and wellbeing.

Documentation and Compliance – You will maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with DHA regulations, clinic policies, and professional standards.

Physiotherapy Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in physiotherapy is required. Your experience should demonstrate clinical competence, patient care skills, and professional practice in physiotherapy settings.

Pediatric Specialization – Pediatric specialization is required. You must have specific training, knowledge, and experience working with children, understanding pediatric conditions, developmental stages, and therapeutic approaches appropriate for pediatric populations.

DHA License (Mandatory) – DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License is mandatory. You must hold a valid, current DHA license to practice as a physiotherapist in Dubai and the UAE. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

Pediatric Conditions Knowledge – Knowledge of pediatric conditions including cerebral palsy, developmental delay, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorders, muscular dystrophy, genetic conditions, and other pediatric diagnoses requiring physiotherapy intervention is essential.
