Pharmacist Position Overview: A reputable private hospital in Al Ain is urgently seeking qualified and dedicated Pharmacists to join their healthcare team. This role requires professionals committed to ensuring the safe, effective, and ethical dispensing of medications while providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities: The Pharmacist will be responsible for reviewing prescriptions, dispensing medicines accurately, advising on the proper use of medication, and ensuring compliance with hospital and UAE healthcare regulations.
Clinical & Operational Duties: You will collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff to monitor patient therapies, manage pharmaceutical inventory, and maintain strict standards of drug storage and documentation.
Patient Care Responsibilities: The successful candidate will provide patient counseling, promote medication adherence, and ensure every prescription is processed with utmost attention to safety and accuracy.
Regulatory Compliance: The role requires thorough knowledge of MOH/DHA/DOH guidelines and adherence to local pharmaceutical laws and hospital standards.
Technical Skills & Software Knowledge: Experience with hospital pharmacy systems and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, digital prescription systems) is required.
