Food Preparation and Kitchen Support: As a Part-Time Commi Chef, you will assist senior chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to established recipes and standards. You will be responsible for ensuring all food items are prepared with precision, maintaining both taste and visual appeal.

Cooking Assistance and Menu Execution: You’ll handle a variety of kitchen tasks including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and plating dishes. Working under supervision, you will contribute to the smooth execution of daily kitchen operations and ensure food orders are completed on time.

Quality Control and Hygiene: Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards is a core part of this role. You’ll ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and organization of kitchen tools, surfaces, and storage areas to comply with UAE food safety regulations.

Team Collaboration and Coordination: The Commi Chef will work closely with senior chefs, stewards, and service staff to ensure a seamless kitchen workflow. You’ll assist in managing kitchen inventory, replenishing supplies, and minimizing food waste through efficient use of ingredients.
