Job Overview: Lumber World Building Material Trading is currently looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our sales force in the UAE. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong experience in the building materials industry—especially hardware and timber—and are motivated to drive field sales growth.

Client Acquisition: As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing relationships with construction companies, contractors, and procurement teams, and promoting our products across various industry sectors.

Industry Knowledge: Specialized knowledge of building materials, particularly hardware and timber, is essential. You should have a clear understanding of product specifications, usage, and customer requirements to effectively match solutions with client needs.

Sales Operations: You will handle the entire sales cycle including lead generation, client visits, price negotiations, order processing, and after-sales support. Meeting monthly sales targets and reporting activity metrics will be key performance indicators in this role.

Travel & Field Work: This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel within the UAE. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory, and you should be comfortable with extensive local travel to meet clients and follow up on leads.

Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. You’ll need to present product solutions confidently, negotiate pricing effectively, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
