Position Overview: Adonis is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations In-Charge to manage on-site operations and project logistics. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, monitor resources, and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards. A valid UAE driver’s license is required to manage site mobility.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day site operations, monitor project timelines, manage materials and manpower allocation, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Supervise teams, resolve operational challenges, and liaise with management to report project progress.

Expertise and Skills: Strong knowledge of construction operations, resource management, and safety protocols. Ability to make quick decisions, solve operational issues, and optimize project workflows. Familiarity with project management tools and software is an advantage.

Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure cohesive execution. Maintain clear communication with management and stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and operational updates.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain operational logs, safety checklists, and project reports. Ensure all activities comply with UAE regulations and internal company policies. Accuracy in record-keeping is essential.
