Role Overview – Capix Freight LLC is hiring an Operations Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced logistics professionals with strong operational expertise, freight and transportation industry knowledge, and the ability to manage operations effectively, lead teams, coordinate logistics activities, ensure compliance, optimize efficiency, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic freight logistics organization.

Operational Leadership – You will lead operations by directing activities, managing teams, setting standards, and driving efficiency. You will oversee comprehensive operations supporting organizational objectives. You should lead operations strategically and professionally.

Operations Team Management – You will manage operations team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities.

Freight Operations Management – You will manage freight operations by coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, managing logistics, and supporting timely service. You will oversee freight movement and ensure service quality. You should manage freight operations effectively.

Logistics Coordination – You will coordinate logistics by organizing shipments, scheduling pickups, managing routes, and supporting delivery. You will facilitate efficient logistics operations. You should coordinate logistics systematically.

Shipment Tracking and Management – You will track shipments by organizing information, updating systems, monitoring progress, and providing visibility. You will maintain accurate shipment records and customer visibility. You should manage shipment tracking.

Pickup Scheduling and Coordination – You will schedule pickups by organizing requests, coordinating timing, managing schedules, and ensuring execution. You will facilitate efficient pickup operations. You should coordinate pickup scheduling.
