Role Overview – Capix Freight LLC is looking for an experienced Operations Executive with minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding and strong knowledge of FTA (Free Trade Agreement) procedures, import and export operations, and customs clearance. This position is ideal for operations professionals with strong operational coordination and compliance skills who can join a growing logistics and trade solutions company in Dubai.

Import and Export Operations – You will manage import and export operations by coordinating shipments, handling documentation, arranging transportation, tracking cargo movements, liaising with carriers and agents, and ensuring smooth execution of international trade activities across air, sea, and land modes.

FTA Procedures Management – You will manage FTA (Free Trade Agreement) procedures including understanding FTA requirements, preparing certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with FTA regulations, leveraging preferential tariffs, and maximizing benefits from trade agreements for clients.

Customs Clearance Coordination – You will coordinate customs clearance activities by preparing and submitting customs documentation, liaising with customs authorities, arranging duty payments, resolving customs issues, and ensuring cargo clears customs efficiently without delays.

Documentation Management – You will manage freight forwarding documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and other paperwork required for international shipments. Proper documentation ensures compliance and smooth cargo movement.

Operational Coordination – You will coordinate operations across multiple stakeholders including clients, shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure seamless freight forwarding and logistics execution.

Compliance Management – You will ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations, international trade laws, FTA requirements, shipping regulations, and company procedures. Strong compliance skills protect the company and clients from regulatory risks.

Client Communication – You will communicate with clients regarding shipment status, documentation requirements, customs clearance, delivery schedules, and addressing inquiries. Professional communication ensures client satisfaction and builds trust.

Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution – You will resolve operational issues such as shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, customs holds, cargo damages, or client concerns by coordinating with relevant parties and implementing effective solutions.

Logistics Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding is required. Your experience should demonstrate hands-on work with freight operations, shipment coordination, documentation, and international trade processes.
