Role Overview: GlobeMed Gulf is seeking a versatile and proactive Office Assistant to support our daily operations in Dubai. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment, contributing to the overall success of our team.
Reception and Communication: You will manage the reception area, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls, providing a professional and welcoming first impression. You will also handle mail and courier services, ensuring timely distribution.
Administrative Support: You will provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings. This requires excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Document Management: You will maintain and organize office files and records, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This includes data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Office Supplies and Maintenance: You will monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available. You will also coordinate with maintenance and cleaning services to keep the office clean and well-maintained.
Data Entry and Reporting: You will accurately enter and update data in our systems, ensuring data integrity. You will also assist in generating reports and preparing presentations as needed.
