Gulf Careers International is looking for a smart and organized Office Administrator to join their team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and detail oriented individual with basic administration knowledge who is ready to take on a diverse and hands on administrative role within a dynamic and fast paced work environment.

In this role you will be responsible for preparing invoices and following up on payments, handling customer inquiries and coordination, managing technician appointments, and carrying out general office administration tasks. You will serve as a reliable and organized point of support for the team, ensuring that all administrative functions are handled efficiently, accurately, and in a professional manner at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of office administration and bring good communication and coordination skills. You should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment are key qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
