Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This position plays a vital role in supporting various IT equipment and ensuring smooth operations across multiple sites.

IT Equipment Support: The engineer will be responsible for providing on-site and remote support for IT equipment including desktops, VC systems, CCTV, AC, and PABX.

Networking Tasks: While the primary focus is IT hardware, approximately 10-15% of tasks will involve network-related support.

Vendor Coordination: The role requires active coordination with vendors for quotes, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to ensure timely support.

Communication Skills: The candidate must be fluent in Arabic to effectively communicate with local vendors and provide accurate, efficient support services.

Working Environment: This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that involves both independent and team-based problem-solving in support of critical IT systems.
