Job Role: The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to support strategic decision-making within the organization. The role requires strong technical proficiency in data handling, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities: The MIS Executive will collect, compile, and analyze datasets to provide accurate insights for management. Responsibilities include creating reports, monitoring business performance, and ensuring data accuracy for smooth operational decisions.

Advanced Excel Expertise: The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Excel, with hands-on experience in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced formulas. Knowledge of VBA/Macros will be considered a strong advantage for automation and efficiency.

SQL Proficiency: A strong working knowledge of SQL is required to extract, manipulate, and manage large datasets from different databases. The ability to join tables, write queries, and ensure the accuracy of reports will form a significant part of this role.

Dashboard & BI Tools: The role also requires experience in developing dashboards and visual reports using BI tools such as Tableau or Excel dashboards. This will help present data in a clear and actionable format to stakeholders at different levels.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, and a proactive mindset are essential. The candidate should be able to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within large datasets to support business operations effectively.
