Tender and Proposal Preparation: You will manage tender documentation, prepare quotations, and ensure all proposals are aligned with project scope, timelines, and budgets. Your expertise in cost analysis will help secure new contracts and maintain profitability.

Material and Cost Evaluation: The role requires strong knowledge of metal products, finishes, and accessories. You will liaise with suppliers to gather updated material costs, compare alternatives, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Client and Contractor Coordination: As part of your role, you will communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants to clarify technical details and support project negotiations. Building long-term professional relationships will be crucial in driving business growth.

Collaboration with Design and Engineering Teams: You will work closely with design engineers and project managers to review shop drawings and ensure estimates reflect actual project requirements. By aligning estimation with technical feasibility, you will contribute to smooth execution.

Documentation and Reporting: The Metal Estimator will prepare BOQs, maintain updated supplier databases, and provide management with detailed cost reports. Your records will be vital for comparison, tracking project profitability, and supporting business decisions.
