Role Overview: Al Ghurair Foods in Abu Dhabi is urgently hiring Mechanical Technicians to join their maintenance team. You will be responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various machines within a manufacturing environment. Candidates with 2 years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting are required, and experience in the Broiler field is highly preferred.

Machine Maintenance: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery.

Inspection and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough inspections of machines to identify potential issues and perform effective troubleshooting to diagnose mechanical faults.

Repair and Overhaul: Carry out necessary repairs and overhauls of mechanical components and systems.

Equipment Setup and Calibration: Assist with the setup and calibration of new or existing mechanical equipment.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.

Broiler Field Experience (Preferred): Experience maintaining mechanical equipment specific to the Broiler processing industry is highly advantageous.

Manufacturing Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Location: This position is based in Abu Dhabi.
