Job Overview: The Mechanical Technical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing mechanical aspects of contracting projects in Abu Dhabi. Core Responsibilities: You will lead the technical execution of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and utility services. Responsibilities include preparing shop drawings, reviewing material submittals, and coordinating with consultants to secure project approvals. You will also supervise installation activities and ensure strict adherence to engineering specifications and project deadlines.

Project Coordination: The role demands active coordination between different departments, subcontractors, and consultants. As a key player in the team, you will ensure that mechanical works are seamlessly integrated into overall project timelines. You will also provide technical clarifications, resolve site conflicts, and align designs with contractual obligations.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: A crucial aspect of the role is ensuring that all mechanical systems comply with UAE standards, authority regulations, and project specifications. You will conduct inspections, approve mechanical installations, and implement quality control procedures to maintain the highest project standards.

Leadership & Mentoring: This position involves leading site engineers, draftsmen, and supervisors. You will be expected to mentor junior staff, assign responsibilities, and ensure productivity across all phases of the project.
