Role Overview: Our client in Dubai is seeking a highly proficient Mechanical Draftsman to contribute to their mechanical execution works, design, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, as well as experience in MEP estimation (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). Infrastructure experience is highly preferred. Candidates must be currently available in the UAE and able to attend an interview in Dubai.

Mechanical Execution, Design, and Construction Drafting: You will be responsible for preparing general and detailed working drawings related to mechanical execution works, design, and construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD: You must be highly proficient in using SolidWorks and AutoCAD software to create detailed mechanical drawings and models.

MEP Estimation Expertise: Experience in MEP estimation (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) is required, enabling you to contribute to project costing and planning.

Preparation of Technical Drawings and Documents: You will prepare general and detailed working drawings based on sketches, specifications, and calculations provided by engineers, surveyors, architects, and MEP professionals.

Development of Layouts and Details: You will develop detailed layouts, sections, charts, and other required documents to effectively communicate design intent and construction requirements.

Infrastructure Project Experience (Preferred): Candidates with prior experience in drafting for infrastructure projects will be given preference.

Adherence to Standards and Specifications: You will ensure that all drawings and documents are prepared in accordance with relevant industry standards, codes, and project specifications.

Collaboration with Project Teams: You will collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and other project team members to ensure the accuracy and coordination of drawings.
