Role Overview – Arla Foods is hiring a Manager Human Resources Development professional for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced HR and organizational development professionals with strong talent management expertise, learning and development knowledge, and the ability to design development initiatives effectively, build organizational capability, support employee growth, manage talent strategies, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic global dairy and food company.

Learning and Development Program Design – You will design comprehensive learning and development programs by assessing organizational capability gaps, creating training curriculum, and implementing professional development initiatives. You will develop targeted programs addressing organizational needs and individual development. You will create learning solutions supporting employee growth and organizational capability building.

Training and Development Coordination – You will coordinate training and development activities by developing training schedules, organizing programs, and managing training logistics. You will schedule training sessions, coordinate with trainers, and ensure program delivery. You will support effective training execution and employee participation.

Employee Development Planning – You will support employee development planning by conducting development discussions, identifying growth opportunities, and creating development roadmaps. You will support career pathing and professional growth. You should facilitate employee development conversations and planning.
