We are seeking a highly professional and organized Executive Assistant to support our Chairman and contribute to the seamless operation of the executive office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership while managing critical administrative functions and facilitating high-level business operations.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Key responsibilities include preparing executive correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient communication flow between the Chairman's office and various departments.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are fluent in Farsi and possess extensive office administration experience. The role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. The successful candidate must demonstrate initiative, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
