Role Overview – Arabcal Technical Solutions LLC is hiring a Logistics Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced logistics professionals with strong supply chain expertise, technical solutions industry knowledge, and the ability to manage logistics operations effectively, optimize supply chains, manage vendor relationships, ensure timely delivery, reduce costs, and contribute to organizational efficiency within a dynamic technical solutions and distribution organization.

Logistics Operations Management – You will manage logistics operations by coordinating shipping, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely product movement. You will oversee logistics activities, monitor delivery schedules, and support operational efficiency. You will manage day-to-day logistics activities supporting business requirements and customer commitments.

Supply Chain Optimization – You will optimize supply chains by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements. You will streamline workflows, reduce delivery times, and enhance supply chain performance. You should continuously improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Vendor and Supplier Management – You will manage vendor relationships by coordinating with suppliers, establishing agreements, and monitoring performance. You will negotiate terms, track supplier performance, and address supplier issues. You will maintain collaborative supplier relationships supporting reliable supply chain.

Warehouse and Inventory Management – You will oversee warehouse operations by managing inventory systems, coordinating stock levels, and supporting warehouse efficiency. You will track inventory accuracy, manage stock organization, and support inventory optimization. You should ensure proper warehouse management and inventory control.
