Role Overview – Shahul Logistics is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day freight operations, documentation, and customer coordination in Dubai. This full-time position is ideal for logistics professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can ensure smooth end-to-end shipment handling.

Freight Operations Coordination – You will coordinate and manage daily air, sea, and land freight operations including scheduling shipments, booking cargo space with carriers, coordinating pickup and delivery arrangements, managing freight consolidation, tracking shipment movements, coordinating with warehouses and distribution centers, overseeing transportation logistics, and ensuring efficient freight operations across all modes of transport.

Air Freight Management – You will manage air freight operations including coordinating air cargo bookings, liaising with airlines and air cargo agents, preparing Air Waybills (AWB), tracking air shipments, coordinating airport pickups and deliveries, managing urgent shipments, calculating air freight charges, and ensuring timely air freight delivery.

Sea Freight Management – You will handle sea freight operations including coordinating ocean cargo bookings, liaising with shipping lines and sea freight forwarders, preparing Bills of Lading (BL), managing FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments, tracking vessel movements, coordinating port operations, managing container deliveries, and ensuring smooth sea freight processes.

Land Freight Coordination – You will coordinate land freight operations including arranging truck transportation, coordinating cross-border shipments within GCC, liaising with land transport providers, managing inland deliveries, tracking land shipments, coordinating warehouse transfers, and ensuring efficient land freight delivery across UAE and regional destinations.

Freight Documentation Management – You will handle comprehensive freight documentation including preparing and verifying Bills of Lading (BL), Air Waybills (AWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, certificates of origin, delivery orders, and other shipping documents. You will ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, compliance with regulations, and timely submission to all parties.

Customs Documentation and Clearance – You will prepare customs papers including customs declarations, duty calculations, import/export permits, and clearance documentation. You will demonstrate familiarity with UAE customs documentation and clearance processes, coordinate with customs brokers, ensure compliance with customs regulations, facilitate smooth customs clearance, and minimize customs delays.
