Coordination and Communication: This role demands active collaboration with suppliers, transporters, warehouse staff, and internal departments. Fleet and Transportation Management: The successful candidate will oversee both company-owned and third-party fleets to optimize utilization, reduce downtime, and manage fuel and maintenance expenses. Process Optimization and Cost Control: The Logistic Executive will analyze logistics data, evaluate supplier performance, and introduce cost-effective routing strategies. They will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), control logistics budgets, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance overall profitability.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with UAE customs, trade, and logistics regulations will be a core responsibility.
