Role Overview – University of West London - Ras Al Khaimah Campus is hiring a Lecturer in Accounting for a full-time, on-site role. This position is ideal for qualified accounting educators with strong academic credentials, teaching experience, and a commitment to excellence in education who can deliver high-quality teaching, support student academic growth, and contribute to a dynamic and forward-looking learning environment.

Teaching and Course Delivery – You will deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and/or postgraduate accounting programs by preparing and conducting lectures, tutorials, and seminars, developing course materials, utilizing innovative teaching methodologies, and ensuring engaging, student-centered learning experiences that meet academic standards and program objectives.

Curriculum Development and Design – You will contribute to curriculum development and design by reviewing and updating course content, aligning syllabi with industry standards and accreditation requirements, integrating contemporary accounting practices, technologies, and case studies, and ensuring courses remain relevant, rigorous, and responsive to evolving educational and professional needs.

Student Support and Academic Guidance – You will support students' academic growth by providing academic guidance, conducting office hours, mentoring students, facilitating group discussions, addressing learning challenges, offering career advice, and fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages intellectual curiosity and academic success.
