Role Overview – Luxoft is hiring a Lead Business Analyst for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for experienced business analysis professionals with strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to lead requirements gathering, design solutions, manage business analysis teams, and drive successful project delivery within a technology consulting and digital transformation environment.

Business Analysis Leadership and Team Management – You will lead business analysis activities and manage teams by directing business analysis efforts on complex projects, leading teams of business analysts, providing technical guidance and mentorship, conducting BA team reviews and quality assurance, establishing business analysis standards and methodologies, coordinating BA activities across projects, and building high-performing business analysis capabilities.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis – You will lead requirements gathering and analysis by conducting stakeholder workshops and interviews, eliciting business requirements from executives and users, analyzing business needs and processes, defining functional and non-functional requirements, documenting business requirements documents (BRD), creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring comprehensive, accurate requirements that support solution delivery.

Stakeholder Management and Communication – You will manage stakeholders and communication by engaging with C-level executives, senior management, product owners, and technical teams, building trusted advisor relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating requirements validation sessions, presenting findings and recommendations, negotiating requirements and priorities, and maintaining effective stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.

Solution Design and Architecture – You will design solutions and coordinate architecture by defining solution approaches and designs, creating functional specifications and design documents, working with solution architects on technical architecture, evaluating technology options and platforms, designing integration approaches, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, and bridging business needs with technical implementation.

Business Process Analysis and Optimization – You will analyze and optimize business processes by documenting current state (as-is) processes, creating process flow diagrams and models, conducting gap analysis, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, designing future state (to-be) processes, recommending process improvements and automation, and supporting business process reengineering initiatives.

Use Case and User Story Development – You will develop use cases and user stories by creating detailed use cases with scenarios and workflows, writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria for Agile development, defining user journeys and experience flows, documenting system behaviors and interactions, and ensuring development teams have clear, actionable requirements.
