ole Overview: Vincitore Realty is seeking a smart, fast, and highly motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for a 1-year contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with solid recruitment experience to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently and contribute to our dynamic and supportive team.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: You will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, assisting with various stages including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Efficient Candidate Sourcing: You will utilize various sourcing channels such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases to proactively identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.

Screening and Initial Assessment: You will be responsible for reviewing applications and conducting initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit against the job requirements.

Interview Coordination and Support: You will assist in scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and providing support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.

Maintaining Recruitment Data and Documentation: You will ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of candidate information, application statuses, and other relevant recruitment data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR systems.

Meeting Recruitment Deadlines: You will be expected to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously and work efficiently to meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Contributing to a Positive Candidate Experience: You will strive to provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, reflecting positively on Vincitore Realty.
