Data Collection & Cleaning: You will assist in gathering, structuring, and cleaning datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure consistency and reliability for reporting and analysis.

Basic Analysis & Reporting: Support the team in developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help interpret trends, patterns, and key performance indicators that guide management decisions.

Tool Usage: You'll be expected to use tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic functions of Power BI or Tableau. Training and development opportunities will be provided to help you grow technically.

Collaboration: Work alongside senior analysts and team leads to understand business requirements, contribute to project-based data solutions, and deliver on key insights for various departments.

Learning & Development: This role includes mentorship, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to learn data modeling, query languages (SQL), and reporting frameworks in a real-time environment.

Accuracy & Detail: You will ensure data accuracy by running error checks, reviewing trends, and identifying inconsistencies, while maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.
