Accounts Receivable Management – The Junior Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for monitoring and managing client collections, ensuring accurate and timely payments. This includes tracking outstanding invoices, updating receivable records, and maintaining customer account details in the ERP system.

Bank Guarantee Tracking – The role involves monitoring bank guarantees, ensuring that guarantees are accurately tracked, and coordinating expiries and cancellations in line with company policies and client agreements.

ERP System Operations – Using the Vikas ERP system, the Junior Accounts Receivable Officer will monitor order approvals, record transactions, and maintain accurate financial data to support operations and reporting requirements.

Statement of Accounts (SOA) Preparation – Preparing daily and periodic SOA reports is an essential responsibility. The officer will ensure that reports are accurate, up-to-date, and provided to management and clients for review.

Client Coordination – The position requires liaising with clients regarding invoices, collections, and any discrepancies. Strong communication skills and professionalism are essential to maintain positive client relationships and ensure timely payments.

Analytical and Organizational Support – The Junior Accounts Receivable Officer will provide support in analyzing account balances, identifying trends, and assisting in resolving payment issues. Attention to detail and organizational skills are key for success in this role.
