Accounting Support: The Junior Accountant will assist in day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to ensure the financial records are maintained correctly.

Data Management and Reporting: The role involves preparing financial reports, tracking expenses, and supporting month-end closing activities. The Junior Accountant will work closely with the senior finance team to generate reports that provide insight into the company’s financial performance.

ERP and System Operations: Candidates will work with ERP systems such as Odoo to record transactions, generate financial statements, and maintain ledgers. Familiarity with Odoo or similar software will help streamline processes and improve accuracy.

Reconciliation Tasks: The Junior Accountant will handle reconciliations for accounts payable and receivable, bank statements, and intercompany transactions. Identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly is a key responsibility.

Collaboration with Finance Team: The candidate will support senior accountants in audits, compliance tasks, and financial analysis. Strong collaboration ensures smooth operations and timely completion of accounting processes.
