Role Overview: This role is designed for enthusiastic candidates who are looking to start their career in accounting. As a Junior  Accountant, you will support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, managing basic accounting transactions, and assisting in daily bookkeeping operations. The position offers an excellent learning environment for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience.

Daily Accounting Support: You will be responsible for recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting in preparing routine reports. This includes handling invoices, receipts, payment records, and ensuring that all entries comply with company procedures and accounting principles. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

Tally ERP Responsibilities: A significant part of the role involves working with Tally ERP software to input financial data, generate reports, and reconcile accounts. You will develop practical experience in using accounting software for day-to-day operations and reporting tasks.

Financial Analysis Assistance: You will support senior accountants in reviewing financial statements, analyzing expenses, and helping with budget monitoring. This allows you to gain exposure to basic accounting analysis and contribute to informed financial decision-making processes within the company.

Collaboration with Teams: You will work closely with finance, procurement, and operational teams to ensure smooth flow of accounting data. Coordinating with different departments helps in accurate bookkeeping and ensures timely resolution of discrepancies or queries.

Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates  , proactive, and have a willingness to learn. Fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience are welcome. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and basic accounting knowledge are essential to succeed in this role.
