Role Overview: Elegance Transport by Luxury Motor L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience to gain practical accounting skills. Experience with Zoho Books is a mandatory requirement for this role. Females are preferred.

Day-to-Day Accounting Activities: You will assist in various day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, maintaining financial records, and performing accurate data entry.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: You will efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.

Bank Reconciliation and Financial Reporting Assistance: You will perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of bank balances and assist senior accountants in the preparation of financial reports.

Zoho Books Management: You will work extensively with Zoho Books for bookkeeping and overall financial management, ensuring data integrity and efficient processing.

VAT Filing and Compliance Assistance: You will assist in the preparation and filing of Value Added Tax (VAT) returns and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.

Audit and Month-End Support: You will support senior accountants with audit preparations and assist in monthly financial closing procedures.

Financial Documentation: You will maintain accurate and well-organized financial documentation for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
