Role Overview – ShaerpNext is hiring a Joinery Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. This position is ideal for accomplished operations professionals with strong operations management expertise, joinery and carpentry manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to lead production operations effectively, manage logistics coordination, oversee procurement functions, direct site activities, optimize project delivery, ensure compliance, support team leadership, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic joinery and woodworking manufacturing organization.

Operations Management Leadership, you will lead operations by directing functions, managing teams, overseeing processes, and driving excellence. You will ensure organized operations supporting organizational objectives. You should provide comprehensive operations management and leadership.

Production Operations Leadership, you will lead production operations by managing schedules, overseeing workflows, coordinating teams, and supporting delivery. You will ensure efficient production and quality. You should manage production operations strategically.

Production Planning and Scheduling, you will plan production by analyzing orders, scheduling work, coordinating activities, managing timelines, and supporting efficiency. You will ensure timely and efficient production delivery. You should manage production scheduling.

Production Workflow Optimization, you will optimize workflows by analyzing processes, identifying improvements, implementing changes, and measuring impact. You will improve production efficiency and output. You should enhance production processes.

Joinery and Woodworking Production , you will oversee joinery production by managing manufacturing, coordinating woodworking operations, supporting quality, and ensuring delivery. You will manage specialty joinery production. You should oversee joinery manufacturing.

Custom Joinery Project Management , you will manage custom projects by understanding specifications, planning production, coordinating execution, managing timelines, and supporting delivery. You will deliver specialized joinery projects. You should manage custom projects.
