IT Technical Support and Maintenance: Saudi Brothers is seeking an IT Technical Support professional to provide comprehensive support for computer-related issues and maintain the integrity of digital systems in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: The role involves providing support for computer-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting, ensuring minimal downtime for users.

User Assistance and Support Channels: The IT Technical Support professional will assist users with problems through phone, in-person, or online channels, providing timely and effective solutions.

System and Software Installation and Configuration: The role requires installing, configuring, and updating computer systems and software, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Digital File and System Security: The IT Technical Support professional will ensure the safety and security of digital files and systems, implementing security measures and protocols.

Camera and Alarm System Operation and Maintenance: The role includes operating and maintaining cameras, alarms, and other related devices, ensuring their proper functioning.

IT Security and System Maintenance Knowledge: A strong understanding of IT security and system maintenance is essential for this role, ensuring the protection of company assets.
