Role Overview: Indus Real Estate, a growing company in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of our IT systems and provide comprehensive technical assistance to our employees.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting: You will be the first point of contact for providing technical support to Indus Real Estate employees, efficiently troubleshooting a wide range of IT-related issues in person, via email, or over the phone to minimize disruption to their work.

System Installation and Maintenance: Your responsibilities will include the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of company computers, software applications, printers, and essential networking devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Software and Account Management: You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of key software platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, and specialized real estate software, along with managing user accounts, email configurations, and necessary security settings.

Data Security and Recovery Assistance: You will actively assist in the implementation and maintenance of data backup and recovery processes, as well as contribute to the company's cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information and ensure business continuity.

Network Connectivity and Vendor Liaison: You will be responsible for troubleshooting network connectivity issues within the office environment and will act as a liaison with external service providers when necessary to resolve more complex networking problems.

IT Inventory and Procurement Support: You will maintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and software assets and will assist in the procurement process for new equipment and software licenses as the company's needs evolve.
