Job Description
Role Overview – Skylight Group is hiring an IT Support Manager professional for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for technical professionals with strong IT support expertise, troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to provide technical support effectively, resolve user issues, maintain IT systems, support end-users professionally, and contribute to organizational technology operations within a dynamic business environment.
Help Desk and Technical Support – You will provide help desk and technical support to end-users by responding to support requests, diagnosing technical issues, and resolving problems. You will respond promptly to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues systematically, and provide clear technical guidance to users.
User Issue Resolution – You will resolve user technical issues by investigating problems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. You should troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues and restore user productivity.
Hardware Troubleshooting and Support – You will troubleshoot hardware issues including computers, printers, peripherals, and network equipment. You should diagnose hardware problems, perform repairs when possible, and coordinate hardware replacement or service.
Software Installation and Support – You will install software applications, provide software support to users, and troubleshoot software-related issues. You should manage software licensing, support software updates, and assist users with software functionality.
