Job Description
Role Overview – Tatweer Middle East is hiring an IT Support Engineer for an onsite position in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is open to UAE available candidates only and is ideal for IT support professionals with L1/L2 End-User and Desktop Support experience who can provide comprehensive technical support including Windows troubleshooting, hardware support, application support, and user management.
End-User and Desktop Support – You will provide L1/L2 End-User and Desktop Support to employees by resolving technical issues, answering IT queries, troubleshooting problems, providing guidance, and ensuring users can work productively with their IT equipment and applications.
Windows Troubleshooting – You will troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, resolving issues related to system performance, configuration, updates, errors, and ensuring workstations operate reliably and efficiently.
Hardware and Peripheral Support – You will provide hardware and peripheral support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other devices. Your hardware support includes diagnosing issues, performing repairs or replacements, configuring devices, and ensuring all equipment functions properly.
Application Support – You will configure and troubleshoot Outlook email client, provide user support for Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, resolve application issues, assist with configurations, and ensure users can effectively utilize these productivity applications.
Remote Support – You will provide remote support using tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, and RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol), enabling you to assist users efficiently regardless of their location and resolve issues without requiring on-site visits.
User Onboarding and Offboarding – You will handle user onboarding and offboarding processes including setting up new user accounts, configuring workstations, providing equipment, ensuring access to required systems, and deactivating accounts and recovering equipment when employees leave.
